What should I do if I can’t see my book after publishing?
If your book has been approved or published but you cannot see it on PubliWrite or PubliRead, there may be a few reasons.
The book may still be processing, the format may not be visible yet, or there may be a technical issue with the listing.
Check if the book is still under review
First, make sure your book has actually been approved.
Books do not appear publicly immediately after submission. They must go through PubliWrite’s review process first.
The standard review timeline is usually 3–5 business days.
If your book is still under review or requires changes, it may not be visible to readers yet.
Check your book status
Log in to your PubliWrite account and check the status of your book.
Your book may be:
- Still under review
- Requiring changes
- Approved but still processing
- Published, but not yet visible publicly
- Published in one format but not another
If changes are required, follow the review feedback and resubmit the book.
Check the correct marketplace or page
Make sure you are looking in the correct place.
Depending on the book and format, check:
- Your author profile
- The PubliRead marketplace
- The book page link, if you have one
- The correct category or genre
- The format you submitted, such as eBook, PDF, paperback, or hardcover
If you published multiple formats, each format may have its own review or processing status.
Try refreshing or searching again
If the book was recently approved, try:
- Refreshing the page
- Searching by the exact book title
- Searching by your author name or pen name
- Checking again after a short time
- Opening the book page link in another browser
Sometimes listings may take a little time to appear or update publicly.
When should I contact support?
Contact PubliWrite support at info@publiwrite.com if:
- Your book was approved but does not appear publicly
- More than 3–5 business days have passed and you have not received an update
- You cannot find your book page
- The book appears in your account but not on PubliRead
- Only one format appears, but another approved format is missing
- You think there may be a technical issue
In your message, include:
- Your book title
- Your author name or pen name
- The format you submitted
- The date the book was approved or submitted
- A link to the book page, if available
- A screenshot of what you are seeing, if possible
Important note
If your book requires changes, it will not become publicly visible until the requested corrections are completed and the book is approved again.
