How long does the book review process take?

After you submit your book for publication, it goes through PubliWrite’s review process before it becomes available to readers.
This review helps make sure the book meets PubliWrite’s technical, formatting, and content requirements.

Standard review timeline

The standard review process usually takes 3–5 business days.
In some cases, the review may take longer if the submission needs additional checks or if there are issues with the files, cover, formatting, book details, or content.

How will I know when the review is complete?

You will be notified by email once there is an update about your submission.
Your book may be:

  • Approved — the book can move forward and become available to readers.
  • Rejected / changes requested — the book needs corrections before it can be approved.

What if my book is rejected?

If your book is rejected, you will receive information about what needs to be corrected.
After making the required changes, you can resubmit the book for review.
A rejection does not always mean your book cannot be published. In many cases, it simply means something needs to be fixed before approval.

How can I avoid review delays?

Before submitting your book, make sure that:

  • Your manuscript is complete
  • Your cover includes the correct title and author name
  • Your files are in the correct format
  • Your book details are accurate
  • Your price and format settings are correct
  • Your content follows PubliWrite’s guidelines
