Can I submit my book in multiple formats?

Can I submit my book in multiple formats?

Yes. You can publish your book in more than one format on PubliWrite.
However, each format needs to be submitted separately. This is because every format has its own file requirements, setup steps, and review process.

What formats can I submit?

Depending on your book and publishing options, you may be able to submit your book as:

  • eBook — for reading through the platform.
  • PDF — for readers who purchase a downloadable PDF copy.
  • Paperback — for readers who want a printed version.
  • Hardcover — for readers who want a printed hardcover version.

Why does each format need a separate submission?

Each format is prepared differently.
For example:

  • An eBook needs to be formatted for digital reading.
  • A PDF needs to be uploaded as a finished file(or created via PubliWrite's editor).
  • A paperback needs print settings such as page size, paper type, cover file, and production details.
  • A hardcover may require different print settings or cover requirements.

Submitting each format separately helps make sure the correct files, settings, pricing, and review process are applied to that version of the book.

Example

If you want to sell your book as both an eBook and a paperback, you will need to submit:

  • One submission for the eBook version
  • One submission for the paperback version

If you also want to sell a PDF or hardcover version, those formats will need their own submissions too.

Important note

Before submitting each format, make sure the file, cover, price, and book details are correct for that specific version.
A format should only be submitted when it is complete and ready for review.
