What do I do if a feature isn’t loading properly?

If a feature on PubliWrite or PubliRead is not loading correctly, the issue may be related to your browser, internet connection, device, or temporary platform activity.
Try the steps below before contacting support.

Refresh the page

Start by refreshing the page.
Sometimes a feature may not load because the page did not load fully the first time.

Check your internet connection

Make sure your internet connection is stable.
If your connection is weak or interrupted, some features may load slowly or not appear correctly.

Try logging out and back in

If refreshing does not help, log out of your account and then log back in.
This can help reload your account session and refresh the platform.

Clear your browser cache

Your browser may be storing an older version of the page.
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then open PubliWrite or PubliRead again.

Try another browser or device

If the feature still does not load, try opening the platform in another browser or on another device.
For example, if you are using Chrome, try Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

Check browser extensions

Some browser extensions may block parts of the platform.
If you use ad blockers, privacy extensions, script blockers, or wallet extensions, try disabling them temporarily and reload the page.

Make sure your browser is up to date

Older browser versions may not support all platform features correctly.
Update your browser to the latest version, then try again.

When should I contact support?

If the issue continues, contact PubliWrite support at info@publiwrite.com.
In your message, include:

  • The feature that is not loading
  • The page or section where the issue happens
  • The browser and device you are using
  • Whether you tried refreshing, clearing cache, or using another browser
  • A screenshot or screen recording of the issue, if available
  • Any error message you see
This helps the team understand and investigate the issue faster.
