If you are buying a book
If your payment fails during checkout, check that:

- Your card supports online payments
- Your bank has not blocked the transaction
- Your internet connection is stable
- You are using a supported payment method
- You followed the checkout instructions correctly
If you are paying with crypto, make sure you are using the supported cryptocurrency and that the transaction details are correct.
If your payment was taken but the book does not appear
If the amount was taken from your account or wallet but the book does not appear in your Library or Orders, wait a few minutes and refresh your account.
Then check:
- Your Library
- Your Orders
- Your email confirmation
- The account or email address used during checkout
If the book still does not appear, contact PubliWrite support.
If you are trying to withdraw earnings
If you have an issue withdrawing earnings, check that:
- Your earnings are available, not locked or pending
- The 45-day locked period has ended
- Your personal details are completed
- Your KYC verification is completed, if required
- Your bank or payment details are correct
- Your wallet address is correct, if withdrawing crypto
If your earnings are still locked, they cannot be withdrawn yet.
If your bank details or verification are not working
For fiat withdrawals, payment details and identity verification may be handled through Stripe.

- Uploading clear documents, if requested
- Making sure your bank details are valid
