Why am I unable to log in to my account?

If you are unable to log in to your PubliWrite account, the issue may be related to your login details, sign-in method, account status, or browser.

Here are the most common things to check.


Check your email and password

If you are logging in with email and password, make sure that:

  • You entered the correct email address
  • Your password is correct
  • Caps Lock is turned off
  • There are no extra spaces before or after your email or password
  • You are using the same email address you used when creating your account

Passwords are case-sensitive, so even a small difference can prevent you from logging in.


Reset your password

If you forgot your password, use the password reset option on the login page.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the PubliWrite login page.
  2. Click Reset or Forgot password, where available.
  3. Enter the email address connected to your account.
  4. Check your inbox for the reset email.
  5. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.


Check your sign-in method

Make sure you are using the same sign-in method you used when creating your account.

For example, if you created your account with Google, try logging in with Google again.

If you created your account with a crypto wallet, make sure the correct wallet is connected and unlocked.


If you log in with Google

If Google login does not work, try the following:

  • Make sure you are logged in to the correct Google account
  • Refresh the page and try again
  • Check whether pop-ups or redirects are blocked
  • Try another browser or device
  • Clear your browser cache if the issue continues


If you log in with a crypto wallet

If wallet login does not work, check that:

  • Your wallet extension is installed
  • Your wallet is unlocked
  • You are using the correct wallet
  • Your browser allows wallet connections
  • The wallet pop-up is not blocked
  • The network is not experiencing delays

If the network is temporarily unavailable or very busy, wait a short time and try again.


Check for account issues

In some cases, you may be unable to log in because of an account-related issue.

For example:

  • Your account may be temporarily locked after several failed login attempts
  • Your account may require additional verification
  • Your account may have been restricted for security or policy reasons
