How do I withdraw money from my account?

How do I withdraw money from my account?

You can withdraw your available earnings from your PubliWrite Earnings hub. After a sale is made, the earnings first enter a 45-day locked refund period. Once this period ends, eligible funds become available for withdrawal, as long as the sale was not refunded or returned.

Before you withdraw

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure that:

  • Your earnings are available for withdrawal
  • The 45-day locked period has ended
  • Your payment details are correct
  • You have completed any required verification steps

Withdrawal options

PubliWrite currently supports two withdrawal options:

How to request a withdrawal

To withdraw your available funds:

  1. Log in to your PubliWrite account.
  2. Go to Earnings.
  3. Click Withdraw.
  4. Choose your payout method: Stripe or PayPal.
  5. Follow the instructions for your selected withdrawal method.

Stripe withdrawals

To withdraw via Stripe, you need to complete KYC verification. If your KYC verification is not complete, you will be prompted to complete it before continuing. Once your verification is complete, you will be redirected to the Stripe flow to withdraw your funds. Stripe withdrawals are usually processed within 1–3 business days, although timing may vary depending on your bank.

PayPal withdrawals

You can now also withdraw via PayPal. As with Stripe, you need to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Once your verification is complete, you will be redirected to the PayPal flow to withdraw your funds.

Are there withdrawal fees?

PubliWrite does not charge an additional withdrawal fee. However, the payment providers may apply a fee:

What if my withdrawal is delayed?

If your withdrawal takes longer than expected:

  • Check that your KYC verification is complete.
  • Review whether your funds are still in the 45-day locked period.
  • Confirm your payout method details are correct.

Verification (Proof of Identity)

KYC verification now lives under Proof of Identity inside the Earnings hub, alongside Sales & Finances and Payouts. Complete it there before requesting your first withdrawal.
