How do I withdraw money from my account?

How do I withdraw money from my account?

You can withdraw your available earnings from the Sales & Finances section of your PubliWrite dashboard.
After a sale is made, the earnings first enter a 45-day locked refund period. Once this period ends, eligible funds become available for withdrawal, as long as the sale was not refunded or returned.

Before you withdraw

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure that:

  • Your earnings are available for withdrawal
  • The 45-day locked period has ended
  • Your payment details are correct
  • You have completed any required verification steps

PubliWrite currently supports two withdrawal options:

How to request a withdrawal

To withdraw your available funds:

  1. Log in to your PubliWrite account.
  2. Go to Sales & Finances.
  3. Click Withdraw.
  4. Choose the withdrawal type: Fiat or Crypto.
  5. Follow the instructions for your selected withdrawal method.

Fiat withdrawals

To withdraw fiat currency, such as USD or EUR, you need to complete KYC verification.
If your KYC verification is not complete, you will be prompted to complete it before continuing.
Once your verification is complete, you will be redirected to the Stripe flow to withdraw your funds.
Fiat withdrawals are usually processed within 1–3 business days, although timing may vary depending on your bank.

Crypto withdrawals

To withdraw in crypto, you need to provide a valid Solana wallet address.
Please check your wallet address carefully before submitting your request. If the address is incorrect, the funds may be sent to the wrong wallet.
Crypto withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours and sent to the Solana wallet you provide.

Are there withdrawal fees?

PubliWrite does not charge an additional withdrawal fee.
However, the payment providers may apply a fee:

What if my withdrawal is delayed?

If your withdrawal takes longer than expected:

  • For fiat withdrawals, check that your KYC verification is complete.
  • For crypto withdrawals, check that the wallet address you provided is correct.
  • Review whether your funds are still in the 45-day locked period.
