How do I track my sales and earnings?
You can track your book sales and earnings from the Earnings hub in your PubliWrite dashboard. This page shows how your books are doing and what you can cash out, all in one place — available funds, lifetime performance, sales by book, and payout history.
How to access Earnings
To view your sales and earnings:
- Log in to your PubliWrite account.
- Open your profile menu.
- Select Earnings.
Available to withdraw
At the top of the page, you'll see your available to withdraw balance — the amount you can cash out right now. Below it, you'll see any pending amount still clearing. Click Withdraw to request a payout once you have available funds.
Overview
The Overview section gives you a quick summary, including:
- Lifetime earnings
- Books sold
- Average per sale
Click See all to view detailed earnings information.
Sales by book
The Sales by book section lists your books with units sold and earnings for each. Click See all to view detailed sales information for every book.
Payout history
The Payout history section shows your past withdrawal requests, so you can track what's already been paid out.
Why are some earnings pending?
After a sale is made, the earnings enter a 45-day locked refund period. During this period, the funds appear as pending and are not yet available for withdrawal. Once the 45-day period ends, eligible earnings become available for withdrawal, as long as the sale was not refunded or returned. For more details, see: Why are my earnings locked before withdrawal?
