How do I track my sales and earnings?
How do I track my sales and earnings?
You can track your book sales and earnings from the Sales & Finance section of your PubliWrite dashboard.
This section helps you see how your books are performing, how much you have earned, and which funds are available or still pending.
How to access Sales & Finance
To view your sales and earnings:
- Log in to your PubliWrite account.
- Open your profile menu.
- Select Sales & Finance.
From there, you can review your earnings overview, available balances, pending balances, and book sales.
Finances overview
The Finances section gives you a summary of your earnings.
Here, you may see information such as:
- Total fiat balance — the total fiat amount available in your account.
- Total crypto balance — the total crypto amount available in your account.
- Pending fiat balance — fiat earnings that are still being processed or are not yet available for withdrawal.
- Pending crypto balance — crypto earnings that are still being processed or are not yet available for withdrawal.
Your available balance is the amount that can be withdrawn, while pending balances may still be locked or processing.
Sales overview
The Sales section gives you a clearer view of your book sales.
Here, you can review information such as:
- Units sold
- Pending sales
- Revenue
- Returned or refunded units, where applicable
This can help you understand how your books are performing over time.
Why are some earnings pending?
After a sale is made, the earnings enter a 45-day locked refund period.
During this period, the funds may appear in your account but are not yet available for withdrawal. Once the 45-day period ends, eligible earnings become available for withdrawal, as long as the sale was not refunded or returned.
