Where can I find my purchase history?

You can view your purchase history from your PubliRead account.
Your purchase history shows the books you have bought, along with order details such as the purchase date, items purchased, and payment information.


How to find your purchase history

To view your purchase history:

  1. Log in to your PubliRead account.
  2. Make sure you are in the Read section.
  3. Select Orders from the left-side menu.
  4. Open the order you want to review.



What can I see in my purchase history?

In the Orders section, you may be able to see details such as:

  • Books you purchased
  • Order date
  • Book format
  • Payment details
  • Order status
  • Purchase amount
  • Additional order information, where available
    For more details about a specific purchase, click on the order.


What if I cannot see a purchase?

If you purchased a book but it does not appear in your orders, first check that you are logged in with the correct account.
You should also check:

  • The email address used during checkout
  • Whether the payment was completed successfully
  • Whether the book appears in your Library
  • Whether you received a purchase confirmation email
    If the payment was taken but the purchase does not appear in your account, contact PubliWrite support with your order details.


What information should I send to support?

If you need help with a missing purchase, include:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The book title
  • The approximate purchase date
  • The payment method used
  • A screenshot of the payment confirmation, if available
  • The order number or payment reference, if available
    This helps the team check your purchase faster.
