What should I do if I can’t access a book I purchased?

If you purchased a book but cannot access it, the issue may be related to your account, payment status, internet connection, book format, or library access.

In most cases, you can fix the issue by checking that you are logged in with the correct account and that the purchase was completed successfully.


Check that you are using the correct account

First, make sure you are logged in with the same account or email address used to purchase the book.

If you have more than one account, the book may be connected to a different email address.

Check that:

  • You are logged in to the correct PubliRead account
  • You are using the same email address used during checkout
  • You did not purchase the book as a guest or with another email address


Check your Library

If you purchased a digital book, it should appear in your Library.

To check your Library:

  1. Log in to your PubliRead account.
  2. Go to the Read section.
  3. Open your Library.
  4. Look for the book you purchased.
  5. Refresh the page if the book does not appear immediately.

If the book appears in your Library but does not open, try refreshing the page or reopening the book.


Check your Orders

If the book is not in your Library, check your purchase history.

To check your orders:

  1. Go to the Read section.
  2. Select Orders from the left-side menu.
  3. Look for the purchase.
  4. Open the order to review the details.

This helps you confirm whether the purchase was completed successfully.


If you purchased a PDF

If you purchased a PDF version of a book, you should receive the PDF by email at the address connected to your account or used during checkout.

The PDF should also be visible in your Library.

If you cannot find it:

  • Check your inbox
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you are checking the correct email address
  • Refresh your Library
  • Check your Orders section


Check your payment status

If your payment failed, was delayed, or did not fully complete, the book may not appear in your account yet.

Check whether:

  • You received a purchase confirmation email
  • The book appears in your Orders section
  • The amount was taken from your card, bank account, or crypto wallet
  • The payment is still pending or delayed

If the payment was taken but the book does not appear in your account, contact PubliWrite support.


Check your internet connection

PubliRead currently requires an active internet connection for reading books directly through the platform.

If the reader does not load correctly:

  • Refresh the page
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try logging out and back in
  • Try opening the book in another browser or device
  • Clear your browser cache if the issue continues


What information should I send to support?

If you still cannot access your book, contact PubliWrite support at info@publiwrite.com.

Please include:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The book title
  • The approximate purchase date
  • The payment method used
  • A screenshot of the issue or error message, if available
  • The order number or payment reference, if available

This helps the team check your purchase and access status faster.
