What should I do if my payment fails or is delayed?

If your payment fails
If your payment does not go through, try the following steps:
- Check that your payment details are correct.

- Make sure your internet connection is stable.
- Refresh the checkout page and try again.
- Try a different payment method, if available.
If the payment still fails, contact PubliWrite support and include as many details as possible about the issue.
If your payment is delayed
Sometimes a payment may take longer to confirm.
If this happens:
- Wait a few minutes and check your account again.
- Refresh your library or purchase history.
- Check your email for a purchase confirmation.
- Check whether the amount was taken from your card, bank account, or crypto wallet.
