What is the refund policy for purchased books?

Refund eligibility depends on the type of book you purchased.
Digital books and physical books have different refund rules because they are delivered in different ways.


Digital books

Digital books may be eligible for a refund only if they have not been opened or read in the reader application.
Once a digital book has been opened or activated in the reader app, it cannot be refunded.


When can I request a refund for a digital book?

You may request a refund for a digital book if:

  • The refund request is submitted within the allowed refund period
  • The book has not been opened or read in the reader app
  • The purchase can be verified by the PubliWrite team

If the book has already been opened, the refund request may not be approved.


Physical books

Physical books must be returned before a refund can be processed.
To be eligible for a return, the book should be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  • In new and unused condition
  • Returned in its original packaging, where possible


How do I return a physical book?

To start a return for a physical book, contact PubliWrite support at info@publiwrite.com.
In your message, include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The book title
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the book, if it arrived damaged or defective

The support team will review your request and provide the return instructions, including the return address and any required return authorisation details.


Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning a physical book, so the return can be followed during delivery.


What if my book arrived damaged or defective?

If your physical book arrived damaged or defective, contact PubliWrite support as soon as possible at info@publiwrite.com.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective book
  • A short explanation of the issue

The team will review the case and let you know the next steps.


How long does a refund take?

After the returned book is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if the return is approved.
Refunds may take time to appear in your account, depending on your payment method, bank, or card provider.

Important note

Refunds are not guaranteed in every case. Each request is reviewed based on the book format, purchase details, access status, return condition, and refund eligibility.
