How do I access a book I purchased?

After purchasing a book on PubliRead, how you access it depends on the format you bought.

Digital books, PDF books, and printed books are delivered in different ways.

Digital books

If you purchased a digital book to read on the platform, it will be added to your PubliRead account.

To access it:

1. Log in to your PubliRead account.
2. Go to the Profile section.
3. Open your Library.
4. Select the book you want to read.

You may also receive an order confirmation email with a link to access the book.

PDF books

If you purchased a PDF version, the PDF may be sent to the email address connected to your account or used during checkout.

Check your inbox for the confirmation email and PDF access details.

If you cannot find the email, also check your spam or junk folder.

Printed books

If you purchased a printed book, such as a paperback or hardcover, the order will be processed for printing and delivery.

You can check your order details from your PubliRead account.

To review your order:

1. Log in to your PubliRead account.
2. Go to the Profile section.
3. Select Orders from the left-side menu.
4. Open the order you want to review.

Where can I find all my purchased books?

You can find digital books purchased through PubliRead in your Library.

The Library shows the books available in your account and lets you continue reading books you have already opened.

What if my book does not appear?

If you completed your payment but the book does not appear in your account, try the following:

• Make sure you are logged in with the correct account
• Check your Library
• Check your Orders
• Check your email for a confirmation message
• Wait a short time and refresh the page
• Make sure the payment was completed successfully

If the payment was taken but the book still does not appear, contact PubliWrite support at info@publiwrite.com.

Include:

• The email address used for the purchase
• The book title
• The approximate purchase date
• The payment method used
• The order number or payment reference, if available
