What should I do if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

If you are waiting for a confirmation email from PubliWrite or PubliRead, it may take a few minutes to arrive.
Confirmation emails may be sent for actions such as creating an account, resetting your password, purchasing a book, submitting a book, or completing another important step on the platform.

Check your inbox

First, check the inbox of the email address you used on PubliWrite or PubliRead.
Make sure you are checking the correct email address, especially if you have more than one account or used a different email during checkout.

Check your spam or junk folder

Sometimes confirmation emails may be filtered into your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder.
Check these folders before requesting another email or contacting support.

Wait a few minutes

Most confirmation emails arrive within a few minutes.
If the email does not appear immediately, wait a short time and refresh your inbox.
If you used a Yahoo email address, some verification or confirmation emails may take longer to arrive. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

Check that your email address is correct

If you entered the wrong email address, the confirmation email will not reach you.
Check whether:

  • The email address is spelled correctly
  • There are no extra spaces or missing characters
  • You used the same email address connected to your account
  • You used the same email address during checkout, if it was a purchase

Try requesting the email again

If the option is available, try requesting the confirmation email again.
For example, you may be able to resend an account verification email or request a new password reset email from the login page.

When should I contact support?

If you still do not receive the email, contact PubliWrite support at info@publiwrite.com.
In your message, include:

  • The email address you used
  • What confirmation email you are waiting for
  • The approximate date and time of the action
  • Whether you checked spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders
  • A screenshot of any error message, if available
This helps the team check the issue faster.
