There are 3 ways of signing up:

1. Using email and password
2. Using a 3rd party provider (Gmail)
3. Using a Crypto wallet

The types of problems you might run into depend on the type of signing up that you are trying to do

Signing up with email and password

This process usually takes up to 5 minutes to complete.

After you fill in the sign up form and click the sign up button you'll receive an email asking you to confirm your email address

It usually takes up to 5 minutes to receive this email

Possible issues:

If you haven't received your confirmation email please

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Ensure you entered the correct email address

Signing up using Gmail

This is probably the quickest way of creating an account.

When signing up with Google you must confirm you want to continue and share the details with us. After you've done so, you'll be redirected to either the Author Dashboard or to the Marketplace - depending on where you started the sign up journey.

At the moment we are not aware of any issues with the Google Authentication process.

Signing up using Wallet

Signing up with wallet is quick and easy if you have the wallet extension already installed and configured in your browser. You must simply confirm your Sign Up using wallet and you're in.

Possible issues:

• if Solana network is down or experiencing high demand there might be issues signing up/logging in using wallet. Please check the network state and come back later.
