PubliWrite Content Guidelines

PubliWrite Content Guidelines

At PubliWrite, we are committed to creating a professional, trustworthy, and empowering publishing environment where authors can confidently share their work with the world. Our platform is designed not only as a tool for publishing, but as a space where creativity is respected, originality is protected, and quality is valued.

To ensure this standard is upheld for every author and every reader, we have established the following content guidelines. These principles are aligned with widely recognized publishing practices used by the industry, while reflecting PubliWrite’s own commitment to clarity, integrity, and author support.

Supported Languages

At this time, PubliWrite accepts manuscripts written in the following languages:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • French
  • German
  • Romanian

We are continuously working to expand accessibility; however, submissions in other languages are not currently supported. We encourage authors to ensure their work is fully written and reviewed in one of the supported languages prior to submission.

Eligible Content

PubliWrite welcomes a broad spectrum of written works, provided they meet our standards for originality, ownership, and quality. Authors may publish original works of fiction and non-fiction, developed and owned by the submitting author. They may also publish poetry, essays, educational materials, and other creative or informative formats. In addition, authors may publish content for which they hold full publishing rights or have obtained explicit authorization.

We aim to offer a space where both emerging and experienced authors can present their work professionally, with confidence that their content is treated with respect and care.

Prohibited Content

To maintain the integrity of the platform and protect the interests of our community, certain types of content are not permitted on PubliWrite. Each category below reflects essential standards within the global self-publishing ecosystem.

1. Illegal or Unlawful Content

PubliWrite does not accept any content that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

This includes, but is not limited to, material that infringes on copyright or intellectual property laws. It also includes content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading, as well as defamatory statements or content that impersonates individuals or entities. Furthermore, any work that promotes, facilitates, or normalizes illegal activities is not permitted.

Authors are solely responsible for ensuring that their submissions comply with all relevant legal frameworks

2. Intellectual Property Violations

Respect for intellectual property is fundamental to a fair and sustainable publishing environment.

All content submitted to PubliWrite must be either fully owned by the author or used with proper authorization.

The following are not permitted: plagiarized, copied, or substantially similar content derived from other works; books or materials owned by third parties without documented permission; unauthorized translations, adaptations, or derivative works; as well as AI-assisted or generated content that infringes upon existing copyrighted material.

We are committed to protecting original work and ensuring that every author’s voice remains authentic and respected.

3. Low-Quality, Incomplete, or Non-Substantive Content

PubliWrite is dedicated to maintaining a high standard of quality across all published materials. Content that does not meet a basic level of completeness, readability, or value to the reader will not be accepted.

This includes manuscripts that are empty, near-empty, or lacking meaningful content, as well as repetitive, auto-generated, or filler material that does not provide genuine value. Submissions that are missing essential components, such as a cover, title, or coherent structure, are also not permitted. In addition, content created primarily to manipulate platform visibility or distribution systems will be rejected.

Every publication should represent a deliberate and thoughtful effort to contribute something meaningful to readers.

4. Misleading, Inaccurate, or Manipulative Content

Transparency and accuracy are essential to building trust between authors and readers. As such, all metadata and presentation elements must reflect the content truthfully.

The following practices are not allowed: misleading titles, descriptions, or keywords that do not accurately represent the work; false or unverifiable claims, such as unsupported bestseller status or credentials; the use of fake identities, deceptive pseudonyms, or impersonation; and any attempts to manipulate categorization, search visibility, or reader expectations.

Authors are expected to present their work with honesty and professional integrity.

5. Harmful or Inappropriate Content

While PubliWrite supports creative expression, we maintain clear boundaries to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users.

We do not accept content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment, nor material that is abusive, exploitative, or harmful in nature. Content that encourages violence or dangerous behavior is also prohibited, as is misleading medical, financial, or legal information presented as factual guidance.

We carefully balance creative freedom with responsibility, ensuring that published works do not cause harm or spread misinformation.

Quality Expectations

In addition to meeting the above requirements, all submissions should reflect a professional level of preparation and presentation. Authors are encouraged to ensure that their work includes clear, consistent, and readable formatting, as well as a complete and well-structured manuscript. Each submission should be accompanied by a relevant and professionally designed cover, alongside accurate and thoughtfully written titles and descriptions. Furthermore, content should offer genuine value, insight, or storytelling to its intended audience.

These standards are not intended to limit creativity, but to elevate the overall publishing experience and help authors present their work at its best.

Review and Enforcement

To uphold these guidelines, PubliWrite reserves the right to review any content submitted to or published on the platform.

In cases where a submission does not comply with our standards, actions may include the rejection or removal of the content, the issuance of formal warnings to the author, and, where necessary, the temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

Our approach to enforcement is guided by fairness, consistency, and a commitment to maintaining a high-quality publishing environment.

Our Commitment

PubliWrite exists to support authors at every stage of their journey, from initial idea to published work. These guidelines are designed not as barriers, but as safeguards that protect originality, uphold quality, and foster trust within our community.

By maintaining these standards, we ensure that PubliWrite remains a space where authors can publish with confidence, readers can engage with meaningful content, and creativity can thrive within a professional and respected framework.
