What can PubliWrite do with my book after I publish it?
When you publish a book on PubliWrite, you keep ownership of your work.
PubliWrite does not become the owner of your book, manuscript, copyright, or intellectual property. However, in order to make your book available to readers, PubliWrite needs to use your book in specific ways connected to publishing, selling, displaying, and delivering it through the platform.
What does PubliWrite use my book for?
After your book is approved and published, PubliWrite may use your book information and files to:
- Display your book on PubliWrite or PubliRead
- Show your book cover, title, author name, description, price, and format options
- Make your book available for purchase
- Deliver digital books to readers who purchased them
- Process print book orders, where applicable
- Manage sales, royalties, refunds, and reader access
- Display ratings and reviews, where available
- Support platform features connected to publishing and book discovery
These uses are part of making your book available through the platform.
Does PubliWrite own my book?
No. PubliWrite does not own your book.
You remain the author or rights holder of your work. Publishing on PubliWrite does not transfer your copyright or intellectual property rights to PubliWrite.
Can PubliWrite edit or change my book?
PubliWrite does not rewrite or change your book content as part of normal publishing.
However, our team may review submitted books to make sure they meet platform requirements, content guidelines, formatting standards, and technical requirements before publication.
If we notice an issue, we may ask you to update or resubmit your files before the book can be approved.
Can PubliWrite promote my book?
PubliWrite may display your book in areas of the platform designed for discovery, such as marketplace listings, categories, search results, recommendations, campaigns, or promotional sections.
Being published on PubliWrite does not guarantee that your book will be featured in a specific promotion or campaign.
Can PubliWrite use my book for licensing or AI training?
No, not automatically.
Publishing your book on PubliWrite does not automatically mean your book is licensed for external use, AI training, or other rights-based opportunities.
If PubliWrite offers licensing or rights-related opportunities, these should require a separate process or agreement.
What happens if I remove my book from sale?
If you request to discontinue sales, your book will no longer be available for new purchases once the request is processed.
Readers who already purchased the book may still keep access to their purchased copy, depending on the format and purchase type.
