Introduction

Withdrawing money from your account is quite straightforward. Once a sale is made, the funds will go into a locked-in refund period (30 days). When this period ends, funds become available for immediate withdrawal for all units that were not returned.

Whether you're withdrawing fiat currency (like USD or EUR) or cryptocurrency (USDC), the steps differ slightly:

Fiat Payments:

To withdraw fiat, you'll need to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
Withdrawals in fiat currency are processed by our provider, Stripe, with a 1% withdrawal fee. Our platform does not charge any additional fees.

Crypto Payments:

For crypto withdrawals, no KYC verification is necessary. Funds are sent directly a Solana wallet you provide within 24 hours, and it is your responsibility to transfer them as needed from there.
Our crypto payments provider, Helio, also applies a 1% withdrawal fee. Our platform does not charge any additional fees.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Log in to Your Account on https://dashboard.publiwrite.com
Go to Orders and Finances

Click on Withdraw Earnings
Select what you want to withdraw: Fiat or Crypto

Fiat Payments:

If KYC was not completed you'll be prompted to complete it
When KYC is complete you'll be redirected to the Stripe flow that will allow you to withdraw your funds

Crypto Payments:

You'll need need to provide your wallet address in an input field. Make sure there's no TYPO
Click on Request Funds

Withdrawal Processing Times

Fiat Withdrawals: Typically processed within 1-3 business days, though times may vary depending on the bank.
Crypto Withdrawals: Processed within 24 hours and sent to the provided Solana wallet.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Delayed Withdrawal: If a withdrawal takes longer than expected, verify your KYC status (for fiat) or the provided wallet (for crypto).
