What Is the Promotion Program?

The PubliWrite Promotion Program is a 3-month marketing collaboration focused on improving discoverability and sales performance for an eligible, publication-ready book.

If selected, we’ll take the lead on strategy, positioning, and promotion, while working closely with you through light collaboration.

This is not a course and not generic advice; It’s focused, hands-on support for authors ready to take the next step.

How to Apply

1. Create an account or log in to PubliWrite (add links)
2. Upload your book content and cover
3. Opt into the Promotion Program during upload

There is no separate application form and no email submission.

What Happens After You Apply

• We review all applications carefully
• Selected authors will be contacted directly with next steps
• Authors who are not selected will still receive an update once applications close

Because we’re selecting only 3 authors, not everyone will be chosen.

• Chosen authors agree to actively participate in promotion efforts, which may include:

• Participation helps us market your book effectively and reach the right readers
• Publishing commissions apply based on your chosen PubliWrite plan

Tips to Increase Your Chances of Being Selected

To help us evaluate your book fairly and efficiently, make sure the following are in place:

1. Your book has at least 30 pages

This program is designed for full-length works ready for promotion.

2. Your book has a valid cover

The cover should clearly include the title and author name.

3. Your book has a clear, well-written description

A strong description helps us understand the audience and positioning.

4. Your author profile is fully completed

A complete profile builds trust and helps us present you professionally.

5. Show openness to collaboration and feedback

Authors who are flexible and communicative get the most out of this program.

6. Make sure your book is truly ready

Final draft, not a work-in-progress. This allows us to focus on promotion, not fixes.

7. Apply early

Applications are reviewed continuously, and early submissions get more attention.

1. Is there a language restriction? YES, your book must be in English to be eligible for the program
2. **When do I find out if I've been selected? **The collaborations will be announced between 15th of March and 1st of April
3. If I have a book that's already published on PubliWrite, can I register it for promotion? YES, please drop us an email at info@publiwrite.com with the name of your book
4. Does this guarantee sales? No. We provide hands-on support and real promotion work, but we can’t guarantee specific sales outcomes.
5. Is there any upfront cost? No. There is no upfront fee and no long-term contract required. Standard publishing commissions still apply depending on your PubliWrite plan.
